1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Anet IPTV ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Anet IPTV is a media player application for Android devices that allows users to:

Watch free live TV channels.
Stream movies and TV series.
Watch YouTube content.
Listen to Quran recitations.
Add and manage personal IPTV playlists (Premium feature).

3. License Keys & Subscriptions

Free features are available without a license key.
Premium features require a valid license key purchased from our website.
License keys are tied to a limited number of devices as specified in your plan.
License keys are non-transferable and for personal use only.
Reselling or redistributing license keys without authorisation is prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day free trial so you can test Premium features before purchasing. Due to the digital nature of our product:

Refund requests within 7 days of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you access through the App.
You must not use the App for illegal purposes or to access pirated content.
You must not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
You must not attempt to bypass license key validation or security measures.

6. Content Disclaimer

Anet IPTV is a media player. We do not host, store, or distribute any media content (except free channels provided within the app). Users who add their own IPTV playlists are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to access that content.

7. Availability & Updates

We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may release updates that modify features, and we reserve the right to discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anet IPTV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or website.

10. CCTV / IP Camera Feature

The CCTV feature is designed for monitoring your own IP cameras on your local network. You must not use this feature to access cameras you do not own or have authorisation to view. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable surveillance and privacy laws in your jurisdiction. Anet IPTV does not store, transmit, or process any camera feeds.

11. User-Generated Content

Users may create and share playlists, submit reviews, and rate channels within the app. By submitting content, you grant Anet IPTV a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive, illegal, or violates these Terms.

12. Subscription Auto-Renewal

Premium subscriptions purchased through our website are one-time purchases for the selected duration and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. If auto-renewal is enabled, you will be notified before each renewal and can cancel at any time before the renewal date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

13. Referral Programme

The referral programme allows you to invite others to use Anet IPTV in exchange for bonus trial days. Referral rewards are subject to the following conditions:

Each referral code may only be redeemed once per device.
Self-referrals (using your own code on your own devices) are not permitted.
We reserve the right to revoke referral rewards if abuse or fraud is detected.
Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
We may modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time with reasonable notice.
